Introductory Consultation
At the complimentary introductory consultation we will listen to our potential client's ideas and dreams and formulate a plan to bring those dreams to fruition.
Design
With years of experience, we have the capabilities and expertise to assist our clients to find a suitable block of land, design  the perfect home and select the right builder. At Residential Design and Construct, we combine our insights and skills with our clients ideas to transform those dreams into reality.
Selecting the right builder

as soon as the concept designs are completed we will prepare tender documents and put the design out to tender to a select few builders that have already been pre qualified. All builders asked to tender will have proven their financial stability and experience in building the type of home designed.
Advising and support through the build
Our role does not end with the builder starting on site. During the build there are many stages where we can support our clients, with advice as to variations requested by the client or the builder, progress claims made by the builder and final account at the end of the build.
